Normally I am all up for public journals and whanot. But I have been forced to turn my journal into a friends only mode for several reasons. One of them being people I'm friends with and people who have all sorts of issues with my friends.

I don't like to be added to someone's friends list because I am 'the friend of a person you'd love to meet/have issues with'. If you're gonna add me, it has to be because of, well, duh, Me?. I've come across a lot of stalkerish people who befriended me because I happen to be listed/mentioned as friend of someone else. I don't apreciate my opinions or the day after day silly things I do with my friends to be the source of angst for random people. Seriously, I have better things to do then to get a flame wars going on behind me and my friends backs because I did dare to say "today we did this and that, or we're planning to do that much with X friend". I am sick and tired at having to see friends of mine being stalked or attacked or treated like they're the most horrible monsters in the world, because some people can't grow the ferk up already. Along with that, there are extremely personal issues I'm not going to unleash to the full world's public knowledge.

Please keep in mind the term of 'friends' in LJ is a bit too... general. You're not automatically my friend by adding me into LJ. I add people back most of time, I don't always realize I am befriended, so if you do, feel free to let me know. However, I will not add back people that only uses their journal to post quiz results all the time. =/ Sorry but it's important for me to keep an eye with what happens with my friends too. Don't expect me to comment in every single entry of yours, I also have things to deal with on my own and sometimes that sucks up my whole brain. If I am watching your LJ, chances are it's because, well gee.. I care about you/what you do.

I will take off anyone of my friends list at any given time if I begin to get upset about things you talk about, you're entitled your opinion, but I am entitled to not have to read them and put up with them. I will most unlikely do this, though. But if you don't know the meaning of the word "gratitude" then don't even bother expecting me to add you back, because something I can't stand is ingratitude.

If you DO really want to get to know me and become my friend, there's my AIM screen name, take the time to get to know me, and I'll be able to know you as well.

As a last note, all brushes, patterns and effects in my graphic picture were made by me. The lyrics of the brush belong to Futatsu no Mirai's translation by, [info]kuririnchan. Wallpaper bg was taken from HERE, Artwork was courtesy of Planet Megaman.

I friended you recently. I don't know any of your friends, so I don't think I can ever get into any of personal drama I only added you because you are a Megaman fan and run a dormanyt community that I'm part of. I can be a quizaholic at times, but I'm trying to get out of that habit as best as I can. I'd appreciate it if you friended me back. If not, just let me know and I'll leave you alone.

Hi!

I know I added you a long time ago on my 'friendlist' simply because I love your artwork and I was still semi-active on Ruby Eyes Okaki(I so did not spell that right). Don't live in your area, don't know your friends, and I'm not likely to comment unless I'm commenting to give links to specific info-type stuffs or feedback on artwork. Hmm. That seems rather impersonal. :p

I don't post a lot anymore, but feel free to browse. It just . . seemed rude to not tell you why you're on my friendslist after you've switched to Friends-Only.
